This feature is designed to assist passengers who may require extra support during their journey, including:

Senior Citizens – Elderly passengers who may need help boarding, seating arrangements, or luggage assistance.

Plus-Size Passengers – Travelers who may require additional space for a more comfortable ride.

Visually Impaired Passengers – Individuals with partial or complete vision impairment who need guidance at the terminal and onboard.

Passengers with Mobility Issues – Those using crutches, wheelchairs, or other mobility aids who may require assistance with movement.

Hearing-Impaired Passengers – Travelers with hearing difficulties who may need alternative communication assistance.

Pregnant Women – Expectant mothers who require extra comfort and support during their trip.

Passengers with Cognitive or Neurodiverse Needs – Travelers who may need additional understanding and a smooth check-in process.

Passengers Needing Luggage Assistance – Those traveling with heavy or multiple bags who need help handling their luggage.

How to Use the Intercity Accessibility Feature

Book a Bus Ticket

  • Choose a bus operator and proceed to the next step.

Enter Passenger Details

  • Provide your name, phone number, and next of kin details.

Select an Accessibility Option

  • Scroll to the “Request Assistance” section.
  • Choose the type of support you need (e.g., mobility assistance, luggage help, etc.).

Choose Additional Services (Optional)

  • Pickup Services – If you need transportation to the bus terminal.
  • Insurance – For extra travel protection.

Make Payment & Confirm Booking

  • Apply any discount or coupon code if available.
  • Review your payment summary and complete your booking.
  • Receive your e-ticket via SMS or email.

Arrive at the Bus Terminal & Travel Comfortably

  • If you requested assistance, Intercity’s team will be available to support you during your trip.
