Welcome to IntercityNG ("Intercity," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use and any subsequent amendment(s). IntercityNG functions solely as an intermediary, facilitating connections between ground transport and logistics service providers and end users. It is important to note that we do not purport to provide services directly to end users; all services are delivered by third-party service providers. It is hereby stated and you accept that IntercityNG shall not be liable for any action(s) or inaction(s) of the logistics service providers and/or end users neither shall IntercityNG bear any liability, cost, claim, damages arising such action(s) or inaction(s). By using the IntercityNG Platform, you agree and accept to indemnify IntercityNG in the event of any claim, loss, damage or cost by reason of your use of the IntercityNG Platform.

3. Use of Personal Information:

The terms and conditions governing these bonuses are subject to variation and may include specified expiration dates. Users agree that the offer of bonuses and discounts is within the sole discretion of IntercityNG.

8. Governing Law:

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be exclusively brought before the competent courts of Nigeria.

9. Assignment:

These Terms of Use are personal to the User. The User shall not directly or indirectly assign these Terms of Use, or the rights or duties created herein without prior written approval from IntercityNG.
