Agreement between user and IntercityNG

Welcome to IntercityNG ("Intercity," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our Platform.

IntercityNG functions solely as an intermediary, facilitating connections between ground transport and logistics service providers and end users. It is important to note that we do not purport to provide services directly to end users; all services are delivered by third-party service providers

To enhance the scope and quality of our services, IntercityNG may employ Third-party services. Users explicitly acknowledge and consent to the integration of such third-party services within the platform.

4. Amendment to terms

IntercityNG reserves the unilateral right to revise, amend, or modify these Terms of Use at its discretion. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms to stay informed of any changes.

5. Bonuses and Discounts

IntercityNG may, at its discretion, offer bonuses and discounts on services provided by our network of service providers. The terms and conditions governing these bonuses are subject to variation and may include specified expiration dates.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be exclusively brought before the competent courts of Nigeria
