February brought improvements across both sides of our platform. We made things faster for our sellers, gave travelers more control over how they plan and pay, and fixed a few rough edges that had been around too long. Here’s what shipped.
For Travelers
Tell Us Your Budget. We’ll Do the Rest.

You can now include your travel budget and any additional preferences when submitting a Travel Request. Instead of going back and forth, your concierge gets exactly what they need upfront — so you get a better offer, faster.
Who it’s for: Anyone using the Travel Request feature to plan a trip.
Your Full Wallet History, Right There

Your wallet now shows your complete transaction history — every top-up, deduction, and refund, all in one place. No more guessing where your balance went.
Who it’s for: All intercity.ng users with a wallet balance.
OTP Now Works the Way It Should
We’ve fixed a long-standing issue where OTPs were expiring too quickly, making it frustrating to sign up or reset your password. The codes now stay valid long enough for you to actually use them — without the race against the clock.
Who it’s for: New users signing up, and anyone resetting their password.
For Sellers
Get to What Matters Faster
The Seller App now has quick-access shortcuts for the actions you use most — answering customer enquiries, sending payment invoices, and responding to travel requests. Less tapping around, more getting things done.
Who it’s for: Sellers using the intercity.ng Seller App.
Respond to Travel Requests with an Offer
Sellers can now respond to Travel Requests with a direct offer — which automatically sends a Request for Payment to the customer. The whole flow, from request to payment, is now handled end-to-end inside the platform.
Who it’s for: Sellers receiving and responding to Travel Requests.
More updates coming in March.
In the meantime, book your next trip and experience these improvements yourself.
