Charter terms & conditions

These Charter Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the charter services facilitated through the IntercityNG platform. By utilizing charter services, you agree to comply with these Terms and any subsequent amendment(s).

1. Parcel Information

1.1 Vehicle charter services on the IntercityNG platform will be fulfilled by IntercityNG partners.

1.2 IntercityNG partners are independent service providers responsible for delivering charter services to users. Users acknowledge that the IntercityNG Partners are independent contractors and IntercityNG shall not be liable for any action(s) or inaction(s) of IntercityNG Partners neither shall IntercityNG bear any liability, cost, claim, damages arising such action(s) or inaction(s).

2. Response Time

2.1 IntercityNG will strive to respond to charter requests promptly.

2.2 IntercityNG, however, shall not be held liable for delayed responses from partner service providers.

3. Charter Booking

3.1 Users are responsible for providing accurate details and requirements when booking charter services.

3.2 Users must adhere to any specific terms and conditions set forth by the partner service provider.

4. Partner Liability

4.1 IntercityNG partners are solely responsible for the fulfillment of charter services, including vehicle maintenance, driver conduct, and service quality.

4.2 IntercityNG shall not be held liable for any issues or disputes arising from the charter service provided by partners.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Charter services may be cancelled, and refunds issued in accordance with our cancellation and refund policies.

5.2 Refund Policy for Charter Services

  • If a cancellation is requested more than 72 hours before departure, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued, subject to an additional 5% processing fee if the refund is to be transferred to a bank account.
  • If a cancellation is requested less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours before departure, a partial refund of 50% of the amount paid will be issued, subject to an additional 5% processing fee if the refund is to be transferred to a bank account.

5.3 There shall be no refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours to departure.

5.4 For approved refund requests, the refund will be processed and paid out to the original payment method within 5 working days from the date of approval of the refund request.

6. User Responsibility

6.1 Users are responsible for any additional costs or charges incurred during the charter service that are not covered by the initial booking.

6.2 Users must comply with all relevant laws and regulations during the charter service.

7. Policy Changes

7.1 IntercityNG reserves the right to change these policies at its own discretion. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for updates. Users agree that IntercityNG is not bound to communicate to or notify Users of such revision, amendment or modification to these Charter Terms & Conditions.

8. Governing Law

These Charter Terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
