2.2 Users are encouraged to purchase Goods in Transit (GIT) insurance to protect valuable items sent on the platform.
3.1 IntercityNG cannot be held liable for delivery delays.
3.2 Users are advised to consider potential delays in their delivery timelines and plan accordingly.
4.1 Cancellations and refund requests are subject to a 10% administrative fee on the amount paid.
4.2 Requests for cancellations and refunds are only valid after full payment for the parcel has been completed.
5.1 Users are responsible for ensuring that parcels comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
5.2 Users must adhere to any specific packaging and labeling requirements set forth by IntercityNG.
6.1 IntercityNG provides parcel tracking services to allow users to monitor the status and location of their parcels in real-time.
6.2 While every effort is made to provide accurate tracking information, IntercityNG is not liable for discrepancies in tracking data.
7.1 In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, users must contact IntercityNG customer support promptly.
7.2 Compensation or resolution for lost or damaged parcels will be subject to the terms and conditions of the GIT insurance, if applicable.
