PARCEL TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Parcel Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the sending and receiving of parcels through the IntercityNG platform. By utilizing parcel services, you agree to comply with these Terms and any subsequent amendment(s).

1. Parcel Information

1.1 Users must provide all required details for parcels, including accurate sender and recipient information.

1.2 IntercityNG reserves the right to reject parcels with incomplete or inaccurate information and shall incur no liability whatsoever in this regard.

2. Liability and Insurance

2.1 IntercityNG assumes no liability for parcels sent through the platform.

2.2 Users are encouraged to purchase Goods in Transit (GIT) insurance to protect valuable items sent on the platform.

3. Delivery Delays

3.1 IntercityNG shall not be held liable for delivery delays for any reason whatsoever.

3.2 Users are advised to consider potential delays in their delivery timelines and plan accordingly.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellations and refund requests are subject to a 10% administrative fee on the amount paid.

4.2 Requests for cancellations and refunds are only valid after full payment for the parcel has been completed

5. User Responsibility

5.1 Users are responsible for ensuring that parcels comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

5.2 Users must adhere to any specific packaging and labeling requirements set forth by IntercityNG. Users agree to indemnify IntercityNG against any liability, loss, damage, claim or cost incurred by IntercityNG resulting from failure of the User to adhere to any specific packaging and labeling requirements set forth by IntercityNG.

6. Parcel Tracking

6.1 IntercityNG provides parcel tracking services to allow users to monitor the status and location of their parcels in real-time.

6.2 While every effort is made to provide accurate tracking information, IntercityNG is not liable for discrepancies in tracking data.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

7.1 In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, users must contact IntercityNG customer support promptly. Users agree that IntercityNG shall not be responsible for or liable to the Users or any party for any loss or damage to parcels.

7.2 Compensation or resolution for lost or damaged parcels will be subject to the terms and conditions of the GIT insurance, if applicable.

8. Policy Changes

8.1 IntercityNG reserves the right to change these policies at its own discretion. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for updates. Users agree that IntercityNG is not bound to communicate to or notify Users of such revision, amendment or modification to these Parcel Terms & Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Parcel Terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
