Partners terms & conditions

These Partner Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between IntercityNG and its partners. Partners, by engaging in collaboration with IntercityNG, explicitly agree to adhere to the following terms.

1. Legal and KYC Requirements

1.1 Partners must diligently meet all legal and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements as stipulated by IntercityNG.

    1.2 Compliance with legal and KYC obligations is mandatory for the initiation and continuation of the partnership.

      2. Commission Structure

      2.1 Partners are entitled to earn a commission of 2.5% on all sales initiated by them through the IntercityNG platform.

        2.2 The commission structure is subject to periodic review, and any changes will be communicated to partners in advance.

          3. API Integration

          3.1 Partners utilizing IntercityNG APIs must present their integration to the IntercityNG Quality Assurance (QA) team for thorough evaluation before going live.

            3.2 The QA evaluation is designed to ensure seamless integration, adherence to platform standards, and optimal user experience.

              3.3 Partners are required to address any feedback or issues raised by the QA team promptly for the successful completion of the integration process.

                3.4 The go-live date for the integration is contingent upon the successful completion of the QA evaluation.

                  4. Confidentiality

                  4.1 Partners shall treat all proprietary information, including but not limited to API documentation and partnership terms, as confidential.

                    4.2 Any unauthorized disclosure of confidential information may result in the termination of the partnership.

                      5. Financial Terms

                      5.1 Partner withdrawal requests attract a 1% processing fee.

                        5.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is 5,000 Naira.

                          6. Postpaid Plan

                          6.1 Partners on a postpaid plan must settle all invoices within 3 days of receipt of the invoice.

                            7. Termination

                            7.1 Either party reserves the right to terminate the partnership at any time, with or without cause, upon providing reasonable notice to the other party.

                              7.2 In the event of termination, partners must promptly cease using IntercityNG's proprietary information and discontinue representing themselves as partners.

                                8. Governing Law

                                8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

                                  8.2 Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be exclusively brought before the competent courts of Nigeria.
